GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires annual software maintenance on its twelve Netcontinuum Security Appliances. The Period of performance is June 01, 2008 - May 31, 2009. Only Genuine Netcontinuum Maintenance will be considered for award. Vendors must be authorized Netcontinuum resellers. Prior to award, verification of genuine maintenance will be sought with Barracuda Networks, owners of Netcontinuum products.
This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 511210. Size standard is $23 million. The Government intends to award this contract on an all-or-none basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 22, 2008. The solicitation may be downloaded from the IDEASEC website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp. Award will be made based on price once a determination has been made that maintenance is genuine and the vendor is an authorized Netcontinuum reseller. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price 2) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Nov 2007) (accessible at http://www.arnet.gov/far/) or statement of registration in ORCA (accessible at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx), 5) Include TIN and DUNS Number, and 6) Offer must be signed. Offerors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
