Note : This description is for one unit. The Vendor will need to note the RFP package is for 3 Process Units.
(1) NPG, NPH and NPI are 3 identical Process Units. These units are the Homogenizing and Pelletizing Units . Each Process Unit is made up of 6 Gloveboxes Process Glovebox GB2000: The Process Glovebox GB 2000 is made up of 3 parts: The Lower Confinement, Upper Confinement & Maintenance Glovebox. Glovebox GB3000 : Poreformer Introduction Glovebox Small GB fully welded within the upper confinement of Glovebox 2000. This GB is defined on the detail drawing of the Glovebox 2000. Glovebox GB4000 : Press feeding Glovebox - Design : Shell type .wall thickness: 6mm. Flange thickness: 30mm, Dimension : Length: 1200mm; Width: 900 mm; Height: 1800 mm, Material : Austenitic stainless steel: 304L. Glovebox GB5000 : Press Glovebox - Design : Shell type .wall thickness: 10mm. Flange thickness: 30mm, Dimension : Length: 2200mm; Width: 1020 mm; Height: 1350 mm, Material : Austenitic stainless steel: 304L. Glovebox GB6000 : Boat Loading Glovebox - The Process Glovebox GB 6000 is made up of 2 parts: Lower part & Upper part, Material : Austenitic stainless steel: 304L. Glovebox GB7000: Dedusting Glovebox - Design : Shell type .. wall thickness: 6 mm . Flange thickness: 30mm, Dimension Length: 1500mm; Width: 800 mm; Height: 2400 mm, Material : Austenitic stainless steel: 304L.
(2) EXTERNAL LATERAL BRACE - An External Structure to maintain the Gloveboxes. This structure is made up of Carbon steel square structural tubing 4 .
(3) STEEL FRAME AND SHIELDING PANEL - A Welded structure in carbon steel made up of different profiles to support shielding panel. Shielding panels are made up of steel frame filled with compound.
(4) CRANE - Vendors need to provide 2 cranes in the Glovebox 2000. These cranes will be built, mounted into the upper part of the GB 2000 and load tested.
