Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS/A&PO); is requesting quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued on a Brand Name basis, under NAICS code 511210, with a size standard of $25K.

The contractor shall provide the following Brand Name items on a firm fixed price basis:
-NOMAD Maintenance, part number NM-NOMD-MFVN-RE, in a quantity of one (1)
-Collection Maintenance, part number NM-COLL-MFVN-RE, in a quantity of one (1)
-NAPA Maintenance, part number NM- NAPA-MFVN-RE, in a quantity of one (1)
-uLTRAqUEST Full Server with Batch, part number NM- UQFS-CFMH-RE, in a quantity of one (1)
The period of performance will be from date of award through one year with four (4) option years.
This procurement is Subject to the Availability of Funds.
Award will be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote for the commercial items required on an all or none basis.
