Description; Information:
Georgia Institute of Technology is requesting proposals from highly qualified architectural firms to provide detailed programming and conceptual design services for a New Dining Facility at North Avenue Apartments. The Dining Facility will be located within the 7.97 acre North Avenue Apartments complex on the Georgia Tech campus, located at the intersection of North Avenue and Centennial Olympic Park Drive in Atlanta, Georgia. The project scope includes demolition and/or reuse of certain existing improvements, and design and construction of a new student dining facility and other interior and exterior improvements, associated site improvements, and utilities infrastructure.
Proposals must be mailed or delivered to Mr. Howard Wertheimer, Director, Capital Planning & Space Management, 221 Uncle Heinie Way, Lyman Hall, Room 125, Atlanta, Georgia 30332-0690 by 2:00PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2008.
