The Regional Contracting Office, Northeast (RCO-NE), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for Exhibit Fabricator services for the National Museum for the Marine Corps (NMMC). These services include the fabrication of four (4) gallery spaces and the rework of one (1) gallery space within the NMMC and consist of the fabrication and transportation, installation and fine-tuning of all interpretive exhibits, exhibit lighting, and associated items.
The overall scope of the project shall be divided among nine (9) individual contracts. All of the contractors shall be required to coordinate and synchronize their work schedules and shall align their timetables and critical path documents with the Exhibit Fabricator.
The period of performance will be from date of award to 1 April 2010. The quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is in the next 10-30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) web link below. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement is a competitive 100% small business set-aside requirement; NAICS code 712110.
All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates to any and all documents.
