This is a combined synopsis /solicitation request for quotation (RFQ) for Sole Source Only Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ's number: F1SEAD8176AQ06, is issued as a RFQ for a firm-fixed price contract. Quotes will be evaluated using the criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA.) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS Change Notice (DCN). This acquisition is unrestricted. The standard industrial classification code is: 7372. The NAICS code is: 511210 and the small business size standard is: $ 23,000,000.00. All items must be Brand Name: Boeing in support of existing maintenance to the Air Force Flight Test Center s corporate engineering support tool. The acquisition is as follows:
CLIN 0001 - Description: Multi-Mode Radar Simulator (MMRS) software. Quantity is 0002 each. CLIN 0002 Description: MMRS Maintenance. Quantity is 0002 each. Delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB CA 93524, FOB Destination. Delivery shall not be no later than 30 days from the date of award. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available.
