Stoller Navarro Joint Venture (SNJV) facility/office move involves the relocation of approximately 120 associates supporting the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) NNSA/NSO. Offeror shall furnish all necessary materials, labor, equipment and transportation essential to accomplish the move.
The scope of work involves the movement of designated office resources, materials and equipment from Buildings 3 and 4 located at 7710 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129 located in the Cheyenne Corporate Center, 7690 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129 to the Nevada Support Facility (NSF), 232 Energy Way and Atlas Circle, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The distance from West Cheyenne Avenue to Lossee Road is approximately approximately ten (10) miles.
Materials to be moved are comprised of DOE equipment/supplies which will be tagged to indicate move. The new location of equipment/supplies will be designated on the tagged items. Equipment/supplies to be moved, may include, but not be limited to, boxes, files, file and storage cabinets, storage safes, phones, printers, fax machines, computers, servers, office furniture (as designated) and kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, coffee machines and an ice machine.

Amendment 1 - Badging Instructions, is added to instruct potential bidders in how to obtain a visitor's pass for the Site Walkdown of the facilities on June 17, 2008. Provide information no later than noon on June 16, 2008. Go to www.stoller-navarro.com for the Amendment document. Nothing else in the RFP is changed.
