This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-08-Q-0015 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05- 23. This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 517410. CLIN 0001: MSV 2 way/phone includes antenna, transceiver, power cord mounting bracket Model#: MSAT-G2-LM Quantity: 21 each. CLIN 0002: MSAT G2 Spacecom Magnet ic Mount Kits Model#: SPAC-AC-1016 Quantity: 21 each. CLIN 0003: ICT Power Converter 12 volt w/cig lighter option Model#: 12012-4A Quantity: 21 each. CLIN 0004: MSV optional coax kit 20 feet for Fixed site installations when needed. Antenna comes wi th 20' of Coax. Model#: SPAC-AC-1019 Quantity: 21 each. CLIN 0005: Storm case (green) Model#: iM-2720 Quantity: 21 each. CLIN 0006: 32 Amp Hour Batteries (2 per storm case) Model#: NP32-12 Quantity: 42 each. CLIN 0007: Emergency Relay/Charger Mode l#: A4100 Quantity: 21 each. CLIN 0008: Assembly Misc parts cig lighter adapters, etc. Model#: L4101 Quantity: 21 each. FOB - Destination. Delivery and training on this equipment must be no later than 15 May 2008. The following FAR provisions are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (lowest price on items requested which meet government acceptance); 52.212-3, Offerors Representations & Certifica tions-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions needed to implement Statutes on Commercial Items; 52.247-34, FOB-Destination. All quotes are due back no later than 11:00 a.m. CDT, Thurs day, April 3, 2008. Quotes may be either faxed to Gena Norton at 402-309-7549 or emailed to gena.norton@us.army.mil. The following information must be included in the vendor quote in order to be considered responsive: RFQ Number W91243-08-Q-0015, Vendor Name & Address, Vendor Phone and Fax Number, Vendor Point of Contact, either Vendor Cage Code or Duns & Bradstreet Number. Vendor quote will be determined non-responsive if all of the required information is not included in vendor quote. In addition, al vendors/prospective contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) at the time of receipt of quotation.
