PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The purpose of this notice is to alert members of industry that the Military Sealift Command intends, within the next week, to solicit for proposals for a follow-on Contract for the Merchant Ship Naval Augmentation Program (MSNAP). The MSNAP program office is located at the MSC Underway Replenishment (UNREP) Training Center at Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Earle in Colts Neck, NJ. MSNAP s primary mission is to provide training for Navy Reserve Cargo Afloat Rig Teams (CARTs). MSNAP also provides training to any students requesting training, specifically, Merchant Crewman Civil Service Mariners (CIVMARS), active duty Navy, and other Navy Reserve personnel.
The RFP will be posted on this website (FedBizOpps) and MSC's website (http://www.procurement.msc.navy.mil/).
