The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to procure memory and hard drive upgrades for existing Dell laptops and desktops.
Vendors shall not contact TTB regarding this solicitation. Contacting TTB may jeopardize any offer submitted on behalf of the vendor.
