Nature of Work/Contract Title: Medical Screening Tests for Health Fair
Description of Work: State requests responses from consultants to conduct on-site medical screening tests (finger stick tests for total blood cholesterol (with High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and possibly Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL)) and glucose) and blood pressure measurements for a total of approximately 375 Mn/DOT Metropolitan District (Metro) Employees for each of its 2-day Employee Days events, anticipated to be held in October of 2008 and again in October of 2010. It is the goal of this program that these medical tests are available for the Metro Employees to participate in during the Employee Days events stated above.
