In the office of the Peoria County Auditor, Room G02, 324 Main Street, Peoria, Illinois 61602. Proposals will be opened and publicly recorded on Monday, June 16, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.

Peoria County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
