Description
The Government intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price level of effort type contract all software maintenance and product upgrades (versions and product patches) for AutoCAD 2008 , AutoCAD LT 2008 , AutoCAD MEP 2008, Civil 3D 2008, Inventor Suite 2008 , Map 3D 2008, Raster Design 2008, Viz 2008. The proposed contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to DLT Solutions, Inc. 13861 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon, VA 20171. The authority permitting other then full and open competition is Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 2404(c)(1)as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance for this effort is one year. This contract action will be to provide a single consolidated software maintenance contract for all software maintenance and product upgrades (versions and product patches) for AutoCAD 2008 , AutoCAD LT 2008 , AutoCAD MEP 2008, Civi! l 3D 2008, Inventor Suite 2008 , Map 3D 2008, Raster Design 2008, Viz 2008.
