A firm fixed price contract to be awarded to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firm is contemplated. The proposed contract is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. All offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. To be eligible for award as a SDVOSB, an offer must represent in good faith that it's a SDVOSB at the time of written representation as determined by the Small Business Administration. All offerors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration website, as well as, On-line Representations and Certifications website. The government owns data rights to this item and will provide such data for all SDVOSB firms during the solicitation phase. The approximate issue date will be 20 Aug 2008 with a response by 12 Sep 2008 days after actual solicitation is posted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
