Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the government's intention to award this requirement using FAR Part 8 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Title/Description: Air Combat Command AMIC/PKA, Langley AFB, intends to purchase: one hundred seventy five (175) MOLLE Chest Rig, ACU with Interceptor Attach system. Please see attached spreadsheets for more detailed specifications. Please provide detailed description of the product with your quote. At this time, we do not have a part number for this product. SCOPE: The contractor shall supply all items and Deliver FOB at the designated location no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The delivery date is 30 June 2008. If the contractor cannot meet the delivery date of 30 June 2008, they may propose the earliest possible date that they can deliver. Funds are presently available for this project. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
