Synopsis:

The U. S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, Fort Eustis, Virginia has a requirement to procure five (5) 1614 Modification Kits. The Government intends to contract with Raytheon Company of Fort Wayne, IN. for this requirement, sustaining spares/repair parts for support of the Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) for Special Operations Aircraft (SOA) on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Equipment shall be delivered to Ft. Campbell, KY. The period of performance shall be approximately 365 calendar days after receipt of order with no option years. Raytheon Company is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the above parts and owns all proprietary data for the equipment. This is a DO-A1 rated contract. The reference number for this requirement is AV8R302600R300.
