The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Oologah Technologies Inc., Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-5. The Statement of Work describes follow on tasking for Mine Warfare Database Configuration Management, Maintenance, and Support. A firm fixed price type purchase order is anticipated with an estimated ceiling amount of $55K. The period of performance is one year from date of contract award. The NAICS assigned to this action is 518210 ($23.0M). This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
