PURPOSE OF THIS SOLICITATION: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to purchase
Misc Electrical Supplies inclusive of all items listed above for the Oregon Department of
Corrections (ODOC), to be sent to DEER RIDGE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION, 3920 E ASHWOOD RD,
MADRAS, OR 97741
The entire ITB is attached as a mandatory attachment and can be downloaded under the file
folder icon "attachments exist". This mandatory document MUST be returned with bid offer.
SIGNATURE ON ITB: Bids must be signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.
Signature on a bid certifies that the bid is made without connection with any person, firm
