Various activities in Central and Southern Florida require various indefinite quantities of milk and dairy products for the contract period beginning 31 August 2008 through 28 August 2010. Activities are divided into the following groups: Group I MacDill AFB, Miami Job Corps Center, USCG Facilities in Miami, Naval Ordnance Test Unit, and various other locations for ship deliveries. Group II NAS Key West. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition. The contract(s) will be two-year, firm fixed price with economic price adjustments (EPA) for the fluid milk items with the delivery period to begin 02 September 2008 and ending on 30 August 2010. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. All responsible offerors are invited to submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 07 May 2008 and will be available electronically. It will be on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil, then under the heading Solicitations, Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB).
