PR No: IQC08163009025; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Mating Ring, Bearing to be used on the F101, F110 and F118 Turbofan Aircraft Engines. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. Configuration Control Applies. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 2840-01-173-0504; Part Number 9732M38G02; Manufacturer: General Electric; CAGE 03350 and 07482; Approved Sources: Moeller Manufacturing, CAGE 08244, Adanac Industries, CAGE 11228, Demusz Manufacturing, CAGE 2V116 and Union Machine, CAGE 51992; AEQ = 216 and Maximum AEQ = 324. Government First Article Testing applies. Delivery: 180 days ARO for FAT materials, Government review is 180 days and delivery of production materials is 63 days AFAA, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin, FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item and this item contains an export control technical data package. Surge and Sustainment apply. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. TDP is not available.
