Beginning on Monday, September 24, 2007, technical data for Request for Proposals (RFPs) created on or after September 24, 2007, will be available for access and download by prospective bidders and contract awardees via cFolders. Vendors requesting technical data for RFPs that were created prior to September 24, 2007 must follow the guidance at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Notices/msgdspl.asp?MsgId=71
The technical data may be accessed in the same manner as technical data for Request for Quotations (RFQs). Vendors may either click on the Tech Docs icon next to the solicitation number on the DIBBS RFP/IFB screen or they may log directly into cFolders and then search for specific solicitations. Once into cFolders, vendors will use the same navigation procedures that are currently used to access Request for Quotation (RFQ) technical data.
The same guidelines that apply to accessing restricted technical data for RFQ technical data will also apply when accessing RFP technical data. In order to access any type of restricted data in cFolders, vendors will need to have completed and returned the appropriate documents that are linked to the restricted technical data in cFolders.
