Synopsis:

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Headquarters, in Washington DC, has a requirement to provide services to include the operation of multiple watercraft, boats, and related maintenance services, port operations, port control and waterfront administration in support of Naval Air Station Key West (NASKW), Florida. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing port operations, port control, line handling, boat operations and maintenance. The contractor shall coordinate and arrange for externally provided services necessary for visiting ships (tug services, dive services, crane services, and hotel services). The contractor shall arrange for connection and disconnection of hotel services, and coordination of other ship services as established by LOGREQ to support Naval Air Station Key West (NASKW) Florida, as directed by the Port Operations Officer. The services shall be provided on a ?turn-key? basis and the Contractor shall provide all necessary management expertise, personnel, supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles unless otherwise specified as Government-furnished. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective completion of all services described herein. The contract is anticipated to be for a firm period of 365 days with four one-year options. The RFP is now available on the MSC webpage (http://www.msc.navy.mil/).
