Amendment to previous posting: The type of contract will be a Requirements contract consisting of a Base Year plus two (2) option periods. This is a change from previous posting. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award basis from a single solicitation if it is in it's best interest. Award may be made on an 'all or some basis' or a combination of line items resulting in the best value to the Government. Services include grounds maintenance, mowing and landscaping; janitorial/cleaning services; trash removal and recreation miscellaneous services such as customer assistance, fee collection and cash reconciliation. Request for proposal will be issued on or about 15 July 2008, online only, through Federal Business Opportunities website. SDVOSB contractors must be able to prove set aside eligibility status via disability documents issued by Veteran's Administration to be eligible for award. Contractor's must be registered as an interested party to receive notice of posting of solicitation which may be downloaded through FBO.

Additional Information: The Pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:00 am. Contractor's interested in submitting a proposal for all or part of the work are encouraged to attend. You may find information about the park, it's facilities on the website www.recreation.gov.
