Description
Public Works support services for the US Army Military Academy, West Point, New York to include all services, materials, supplies, facilities, supervision, labor, and equipment, except that which is specified as Government-furnished. Contractor work and responsibility shall include planning, programming,administration, management, and execution necessary to provide the specified services. The scope of these services include functional areas: Business Operations and Work Management, Engineering and R eal Estate Services, Operations and Maintenance, Environmental Services, Housing, and Custodial. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business set aside requirement. Period of Performance will be for a base period of one year to include a 90 day Phase-In from date of award with options for four additional years. Applicable NAICS Code is 561210 with a size standard of $32.5 million. Solicitation will be posted in the FEDBIZOPS on or about January 25, 2008 and closing no less than 75 days ther eafter. All amendments will be likewise posted on the same website. A bidders list will not be compiled and paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will not be mailed.
