The Nebraska Army National Guard is looking to purchase a metal analyzer. Minimum specifications: Not less than Lube Trak On-Site Base Model 109 MetalAnalyzer-10 Metals & Physical Properties Oil Analyzer Military Version OSA-M3 Infrared and emissions analyzer with touch screen. Wear Metal Measurements: aluminum, chromium, copper, iron, lead, tin, silicon, potassium, sodium and molly. Physical Property Measurements: glycol, fuel dilution (%), oxidation abs, soot (diesel only), water (%) nitration abs, total base number (TBN). Extended Metals: nickel, titanium, manganese, vanadium, boron, magnesium, calcium, barium, phosphorus & zinc. Dual temperature Viscometer: 40c & 100c. Particle Counter ISO 4406 for clean burn & hydraulic oils/non-dark oils.
Installation & Training: 2-3 days (on-site).
Consumables: flush, calibration fluids, cleaning swabs, bottles.
4 year extended service warranty/service agreement for analyzer including parts and labor.
Licensing/Per Sample Agreement: use of technology/software, for remote/ongoing software upgrades.
Total package to be for 5 year cost of operation.
If contractor is quoting an equal it must meet or exceed all minimum specifications listed above. Contractor must provide the specifications of what they are providing pricing for along with a brochure or picture of said item.
