The 38 EIG/PKK has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for 336 RCS/RSSL (GA Sites). The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by the 349 RCS/RSSL, recruiter located at Public Utilities Commission shall provide local commercial communications service for the following Georgia locations: Del City, Oklahoma City, Norman, Central Mall, Ardmore, Midwest City, Enid, Tinker AFB, Muskogee, McAlester, Tulsa, Stillwater, Weatherford, and Shawnee Oklahoma
Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, DSL, voice mail, directory number and number portability, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees. "An ESC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution.
