Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 14 February 2008. To purchase One Load Moment Indicator specifications as detailed in the solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 334513 will apply with the size standard of 500 employees. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 05 March 2008, 4:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopps web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commer cial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy.
