Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand qty of 122 each for the base year and four option years. 120 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. Surge and Sustainment not required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
