SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN
SAVANNAH, GA

The United States Government seeks to lease Class A contiguous office space on the third floor or above, excluding the top floor of a building. Second floor space will be considered only if the windows are eighteen feet above ground level. The space offered must consist of approximately 44,453 rentable square feet in Savannah, GA. The space should yield 38,655 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.
The Government will require seven (7) covered parking spaces at the site. If the proposed site is outside of downtown Savannah then a minimum of three (3) additional parking spaces within one block of Wright Square will be required.
The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
Begin at the corner of Bryan and Montgomery running East along Bryan to Habersham. From such point running north to Bay St. At Bay and Habersham running East to on the proposed extended Bay Street. Turning south and running to the proposed extension of Broughton Street. Turn West to the terminus of the Broughton St extension, then north along Gen. MacIntosh Blvd, considering only the Eastern side of said road back to Bay Street. Running West along Bay to Habersham. Then south along Habersham to Liberty St. Then running West along Liberty to Montgomery. From Montgomery running north to Bryan Street.
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2009.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building s ownership.
