Ft Irwin Contracting Office plans to issue a solicitation for the lease and service of cell phones at the National Training Center, Ft. Irwin, California in support of Training Rotation 08-07. Price quoted will include delivery FOB destination, service, and return shipping of cell phones at the end of the Period of Performance (POP). The initial POP shall be approxiametly 6 May 2008 until 13 June 2008. The resulting order will be a Firm Fixed Price order in accordance with the terms and conditions and solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
