UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED WAREHOUSE SPACE IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
The United States Government seeks to lease 11,000 rentable square feet of climate controlled warehouse storage space with dock access in Indianapolis, Indiana. The space should yield 11,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.
Delineated Area - The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
North: 96th Street,
South: 62nd Street,
East: Georgetown Road,
West: Lafayette Road to 465
Term - The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
Occupancy Date The space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2008.
Parking On site surface parking is required and must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building s ownership.
