EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE
INDEPENDENCE, MO
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office space. The Government presently occupies 11,284 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The office shall be first class office space with ceiling heights of at least nine (9) feet. It should be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The mission of the agency requires a standalone building with exclusive occupancy.
The Government will consider alternative space if it is determined to be economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate.
LOCATION: Offered space must be in Zip Code 64057, Independence, MO.
REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to ISC standards for the most stringent security provisions. It must also meet GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility.
