NOTES: Work entails onsite monitoring of the Winona County Closed Landfill s leachate tank, using onsite pump out station to load tanker when full load is available, coordinate with and haul to City of Winona s WWTPdesignated discharge point for disposal. Estimated average hauling rate between 45,000 to 75,000 gal/mo. in dryer months, and between 100,000 to 125,000 gal/mo. in wetter months. Estimated annual volume = 950,000 gallons. Potential bidders wishing to see the landfill prior to submitting a bid for services in order to examine the premises must contact Peter Cangialosi by August 8, 2008 at 763-551-2450. Providing that interest is expressed in such a pre-bid meeting, Mr. Cangialosi will formally arrange a meeting by contacting the potential bidders by telephone. Tentative date is August 12, 2008.
