This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 115 Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes for a Toro Groundmaster 4100-Diesel or EQUAL, to be delivered to the Wisconsin Air National Guard, Truax Field, Madison WI 53704. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition. Issued as a Request for Quotation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 423820 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 5083 applies to the procurement. The contractor shall provide the following items OR EQUAL, final approval concerning OR EQUAL will be made by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912J2-08-T-1009. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. SEE FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. CLIN 0001: (1) each Toro Groundmaster 4100-Diesel, 4WD, 10.5 ft., armrest set, AC mounting kit, 90 amp alternator kit, wire harness kit, and 400 hour filter maintenance kit. WILL TRADE IN TWO (2) 1990 TORO GROUNDMASTER 345S. CLIN 0002: (1) each Jodale Perry Cab, with the following: exterior rear view mirror, front adjustable halogen lights, roof mounted amber rotating beacon, front windshield washer with tank and pump, A/C heater kit, directional defroster fan, and interior review mirror. CLIN 0003: (1) each Loftness 66 2-stage snowthrower. The offeror shall include descriptive literature such as specifications, brochures or other manufacturing information that fully describes the item being offered. The item is to be delivered FOB Destination within 30 days ARO to the following address: 115 OPS, 3110 Mitchell Street, Building 404, Madison, WI 53704. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price.
