Description
The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center, 770 WASHINGTON AVE STE 350 MONTGOMERY, AL 36130-0001, for the following: Law Enforcement Terminal Criminal Information Database Access and system updates. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service they must respond to this notice before 1600hrs (Central Time) on 29 Sep 2008. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center will be pursued. The POC for this notice is SrA Paul F.
