Actual order quantities will depend upon CDC policy decisions, funding and actual usage/demand. Rapid delivery of reagents with proven quality is a critical need. Manufacturer must have proven capability to produce and deliver real-time high quality PCR primer and probe kits using Black Hole Quencher (BHQ1) and FAM reporter technology. Manufacturer must meet the minimal quality standards defined by FDA in 21 CFR820 for the production of in vitro diagnostic devices. This requirement is a total set-aside for small business.
