The 42d Contracting Squadron, acting on behalf of HQ Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, intends to award, on a sole-source basis, a contract for Combatives Training for 48 cadets and two cadre at Kansas State University for the periods of 24 May - 7 June 08 and 2 Aug - 16 Aug 08. Course will consist of individualized training in hand-to-hand and close quarters fighting and tactics. Course is fully accredited through Kansas State University and holds Dept of Army certification, and is held at a location that allows billeting of cadets at Ft Riley, KS. If the reader is aware of sources other than Kansas State Univ. that can provide the needed training within these terms and dates, please contact this office prior to expiration of this notice.
