Description: This procurement will utilize a RFP process. The RFP will require submittal of a technical proposal and a fixed price proposal. The Contractor shall provide the necessary design and construction services to accomplish an addition and alteration to the existing Kodiak Readiness Center (armory). All design and construction shall meet the requirements of the National Guard Bureau. The proposed addition is approximately 1,300 square feet and the area of alteration is approximately 2,000 square feet. Additional paving sidewalks and lighting are also included in the project. Asbestos contaminated material (ACM) has been identified within the project limits. Abatement or containment, of the known ACM within the project limits is also a part of the scope of work.
