Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to provide janitorial services at the Department of Food and Agriculture's district office located at 1890 Dobbin Drive, San Jose, CA 95133. The service should be performed in a manner to maintain the interior building clean, and in a sanitary condition, by eliminating all visible dust, dirt, litter, grime, stains, smears, finger marks, etc. to the greatest practical degree possible. Facility size is approximately 2,754 square feet with nine (9) full-time employees and 30-40 seasonal staff.
Services required Monday through Friday during the evening hours, after 5:30 p.m. except State holidays.
