This acquisition consists of the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide secure movement of United States Postal Service (USPS) and Military Postal Mail, including Registered Mail to and from Forward Operating Base (FOBs) Fenty, Camp Blessing, Camp Asadabad and Bagram Airfield. A Firm-Fixed Price contract award is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) base year from 01 August 2008 thru 31 July 2009 with two (2) option years. This procurement is full and open to all offerors. Paper copies are not available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package.
