Description
The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated; Jacket, Flyer?s 45/P, Sage Green. NSN 8415-00-310-1111(s). The base year is for Min 3,000/Max 20,000. Two one-year term options will be included for the coveralls with the same Min 3,000/Max 20,000 for all options. This procurement will be issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The Jackets will be procured FOB destination to SNT (New Cumberland, PA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA). Applicable specification for the Jackets, Flyer?s 45/P, Sage Green is MIL-J-83388 dated 18 June 1992 with pattern dated 16 July 1992. Copies of the spec can be found at http://assist.daps.dla.mil. The PGC code is 00621. Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with 3 deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and Experience/Past Performance.
