Synopsis:

RFP: VA-261-08-RP-0191 Due: Sept. 5, 2008 Request for Proposal (RFP) - Deionized and Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System maintenance for three systems/buildings at VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Contractor to provide all supplies and services to maintain these systems. A number of consumables, filters, UV lamps, softener units, filters, etc. will require periodic provision and replacement by the awardee. The NAICS code is 811310, size standard of $6.5 million applies. Product Service code of J046 applies. The actual solicitation with complete details should be posted on or about Aug. 22, 2008. A site visit is planned, details to be advised in the Descriptions/Specifications/Work Statement of the RFP. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov . Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.

This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-25. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1; a completed copy of provisions 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications.
