Synopsis:

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region (Reclamation), has a requirement to update the Umatilla Project (Oregon) Phase I SCADA system to replace GE Fanuc State Logic programming and components. All installation and programming shall be completed between November 5, 2008, and March, 1 2009, with an additional onsite visit in the late spring of 2009 to test and verify system functionality.

This solicitation will be issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08SQ108300 on or about August 14, 2008. Offers are due on or before September 11, 2008. The Government anticipates award on or about September 19, 2008, of a firm-fixed price contract providing the best value to the Government.

Important Notices: 1) Contractors must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award; 2) Submission of quotes must be in accordance with the solicitation.

This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the size standard is $6.5 million.
