Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Siemens Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Siemens ARTIS DTA Angiographic Imaging System, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia Missouri 65201. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
