Description(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation 601818Q682, Replace Furnaces, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-26, effective June 12, 2008.
(iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423740, Warm Air Heating and A/C, with a small business size standard of 100 employees.
(v) The Contractor shall provide the following items:
LINE ITEM 0001 - Quarters Furnace Replacement. Replace furnaces in Quarters 1 and 2 at Quivira NWR, Stafford, KS with the following specifications:.
Propane fueled Forced air, down-draft High efficiency, minimum 90% Compatible with existing A/C - Comfortaire(Current furnace is 100,000 BTU with 85,000 BTU output.

Quantity - 1, Unit of Issue - Job
The price will be F.O.B. Destination.
Delivery will be required within 30 days of the date of award.

Evaluation will be based on price. To be included in the price competition, offerors must submit a quote on both the price of the mower and the credit for the trade-in. The successful offeror will be the quoter offering the brand name item (or an approved equal) at the lowest total price (new mower price minus the trade-in credit).
The price will be F.O.B. Destination.

All prospective contractors submitting an offer in response to the subject solicitation must go to https://orca.bpn.gov/ to add or update its ORCA record. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency.
