THIS SOLICITATION 08ERSS0020 IS TO REPLACE SOLICITATION 08ERSS0014 FOR HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND ROUTINE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SERVICE.
RESPONSE DATE EXTENDED TO JULY 24, 2008.
The U.S. Geological Survey, Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, located in Laurel, Maryland has a requirement to establish a Contract for the period from date of award through 12 months thereafter with four option years to perform Regular Monthly and Yearly Preventative Maintenance and Routine Repair/Replacement Service for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System (HVAC) which includes Dunham and Bush Chillers, two (2) Weil Mclain Model 688 Oil Fired Boilers, two (2) Trane Climate Changer Air Handlers, two (2) Peerless Return Air Fans, Larkin Dry Cooler, Six (6) Exhaust Fans, Four (4) B&G; Serier 1510 Centrifugal Hot Water Pumps, two (2) B&G; Series 1510 Centrifugal Chilled Water Pumps, Four (4) ABB Variable Speed Drives, Blazer Computer Room Unit, Two (2) Compuair Units, Two (2) Russell Dry Coolers.

The RFQ 08ERSS0020 will be issued on or about 07/18/2008 with written quotes due on 07/24/2008.
The anticipated award date is 07/31/2008. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract.
