Description
The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY (USMA) is seeking qualified vendors capable of providing the following services:
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform preventativ e maintenance, full load bank testing, inspections, repairs, and emergency repairs on two (2) Detroit Diesel Generators and preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on Russelectric Control Switchgear and Automatic Transfer Switches located at Keller Army Hospital, Bldg. 900, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY 10996 ( USMA ) for the period of 1 February 2008 thru 30 September 2008, with four (4) option years. Response time for emergency repairs will be four (4) hours.
There will be a Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) requirement with the contract that is awarded.
Interested parties are asked to provide (i) business name and geographical location; (ii) size of business (large or small) and participation in SBA socioeconomic p rograms (8[a], HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.); (iii) statement as to whether the vendor is registered in both the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORC A) websites, both of which will be required as a condition for award; and (iv) statement as to whether the vendor has previously supplied goods to or provided services at USMA.
