Description
This requirement is a Sole Source to provide trained personnel to perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support and software updates on the following Johnson Controls equipment:
Management System
Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) Systems including the Temperature Control Panels
HVAC Digital and Pneumatic Controls
DSC 8500 System
Equipment is located at the Nevada Test Site
Service shall be performed monthly, twelve times per year:
All scheduled work is to be performed Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 5:00PM and 3:00AM.
The following services are to be included:
Network Analysis Services
Software Subscription Services
Metasys and Companion Workstations
Network Control Units (NCU) and Network Expansion Units (NEU)
AHU, UNT, and VAV Application Specific Controllers
Lab/Central Plant (LCP) Application Specific Controller
Any work to be performed by crafts covered by collective bargaining agreements shall be paid, at a minimum. The respective labor union agreements for Maintenance and Operations work on the Nevada Test Site identified in the following documents located at the web sites referenced:
