Grand Teton National Park seeks to award a one year with four additional option year service contract for the maintenance of audio-video equipment at the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center. The contract will be for twice annual scheduled maintenance visits plus response on a year-round basis to non-routine repairs. Work includes maintenance of technical "video rivers", mountaineering, video and movie equipment. A pre-proposal visit is scheduled for May 1, 2008 at 10:00am at the Visitor Center in Moose, This in tended to be a "Best Value" procurement with an award possible to other than the lowest price submittal. This competition is full and open, any qualifying firm may submit a proposal for consideration. It is expected that an award will be made during May, and that work may begin as early as June 15, 2008. The NAICS code is 811211.
