RFP: VA-261-08-RQ-0326 Due: Sept. 5, 2008 Request for Proposal (RFQ) - Furniture Refurbishment for offices/lobbies at VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Contractor to provide all supplies and services to fulfill this requirement. This will be a sole source procurement. This requirement is for refurbishment of used furniture to match existing furniture. The existing furniture is not available new; however used pieces have been located by the vendor who originally sold this style of furniture when it was available new. These matching used pieces will require refurbishment by the vendor before they can be utilized. The NAICS code is 811420, size standard of $6.5 million applies. Product Service code of J071 applies. The actual solicitation with complete details should be posted on or about Aug. 29, 2008. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov . Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.

This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-25. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1; a completed copy of provisions 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications.
